About Lucy

Hi there, my name is Lucy Caso "The Breathing Guru" – and I am delighted to connect with you. I am a Mexican ordained Healing Minister, living in Miami Beach, FL and for more than 15 years I have studied a variety of healing techniques and spiritual practices, and I have been leading workshops, lectures and groups using the power of breathing for self-empowerment. I am a Reiki Master and graduate of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing (BBSH), which is consider the Harvard among the energy healing schools, it is the one and only college in the world where you can earn a Bachelor Science Degree in Energy Healing. I have a certification from California University, and Bandler and Associates as a Licensed Master Practitioner of Neuro-Lingüistic Programming (NLP). I am Certified Transformational Breath Senior Trainer, Rebirthing and Conscious Breathing Practitioner. I have a worldwide healing practice, where I work with clients in person or long distance over the phone or skype, in English or Spanish.
